Hall – Kenneth Ivan

Passed away at Ballarat Hospital on May 24th 2021 , Dearly loved husband to Cheryl, Loving father to Janelle, Justin, Brendan & Families. Due to Recent Covid- 19 Restrictions a Private Family service will be held on Wednesday June 2nd 2021 commencing at 11.00am. A Private Cremation will be held.     One of the best, loyal, genuine people in life.
    Our familes friendship with this true gentleman has been for decades.
    Our heartaches, with your loss,, memories of good times, fun, catch ups and times of loss in the past are all part of our journey in life.
    We all admired you so much and Doug valued your true friendship.
    Our last talks with you on the phone symbolised our families connection bounded by the loss of our other favourite man Doug.
    Our love, strength and hope for all of the Hall family at this very sad time.

  3. Great memories of a good friend for many years. Ken always had a smile and a laugh to share. We are so glad we met for coffee and a chat in May.
    Ken was an inspiring, innovative farmer who always looked towards, and planned for the future.
    Our thoughts are with Cheryl and the family at this time, made more difficult because of the virus.

  6. Uncle Ken I’m forever grateful that Geoff and I were able to have lunch with you and Aunty Cheryl . I’m forever grateful for all the great times we had while I was growing up. Target shooting, tractor rides, driving cars and riding motor bikes. Feeding baby lambs. You’ll be greatly missed but the memories will last a life time.     • Dear Cheryl and Justin Ken was a bloke we could all aspire to. I will miss his beaut sense of humour and our wonderful chats after each PPS meeting.
      He was so proud of you and Justin and would quite often share this with us.

  16. We will always remember our dear friend Ken for his kind, thoughtful, cheerful and friendly personality and for the happy and ‘fun filled’ times we spent together.

  18. Dear Cheryl and family. Although this is a sad time for all I celebrate Ken’s life and friendship. Ken was always there for me with a smile and a supportive word when I was going through tough times. I have known Ken for almost 40 years, firstly with the CFA then the Ag. Society and as a friend over the years. A true gentleman and “The salt of the earth”
    I will miss you mate. RIP. Ian Burke.

  19. It was such a privilege to have known Ken. We met him on our first bus tour organized by Laurie Cossar in July 2008.
    Each year thereafter we enjoyed his company, whitt, great sense of humour & long lasting friendship.
    The bus tours were apptly named LYGO TOURS, meaning LAUGH YOUR GUTS OUT & this we surely did !
    A genuine true friend whom will be sadly missed.

Ken, We have been friends for all our lives, we rode our bikes together to and from school, both Joel and Landsborough West we caught the bus to Tech in Stawell together, we played after school.I always enjoyed my visits to Glengowan South over the years, especially the last few years. I will miss you ,a great friend. Condolances to all the family.

    Uncle Ken was such a warm, engaging and generous man, who made me feel so special whenever I saw him. He always wanted to know what was going on in my life. Never judging, always enthusiastic, supportive and loving.

    Growing up I always looked up to him. He was a wonderful role model and will be greatly missed.
