  1. What a wonderful, beautiful lady.. We first met at the Great Western Ball in 1978, and since then have been a regular wherever Carmel was playing, never tiring of your music. It has been a pleasure to know you and to spend time with you over the years. You often played the wild colonial boy for me as we danced past signing to your melodies. We will miss you dearly and are saddened by your passing. Rest in peace Carmel. Kent & Aileen

  9. On behalf of the Hamilton Lamb Memorial Hall Committee (Horsham), I would like to extend our deepest and heartfelt sympathy to Trevor, Jamie, Philip, Mathew and families. We cannot express how much we will miss our beautiful dance musician and friend, with whom we have shared so many happy old time dance evenings, through the years. Carmel’s enthusiasm and expertise at playing “dance music” was greatly appreciated and enjoyed by all at our hall dances. Due to current restrictions our dancing is cancelled, but I am sure heaven will be using our Friday July 10 booking with Carmel! Thanks for the many happy memories on the dance-floor, at the Hamilton Lamb Hall Carmel! So dearly loved and sadly missed by us all.
