  4. To Lynette , Michael Jeffrey Dale & Families

Our thoughts are with you all at this sad time .
Great memories of our dear neighbour and have loved catching up for a chat recently xxxxxxxxxx

    • Laurie was more of a father figure to me than just my brother in law growing up. And in my adult years he had a calming influence, over a beer or two, to bring issues back to reality.
Visits to Stawell will never be the same.
His life was perfect in many ways, loving wife & kids, & extended family, deeply proud of all of them.
There is not one person that will not miss Laurie, & kind words will always be spoken.
Thank you for all the great memories.
Our condolences to Lynette, Michael, Jeffrey, Dale & family.
      Ann-Marie & Rod

  5. Our condolences to the Healey family. Lawrence was a lovely man and a great neighbour to Sylv and Bill. Lawrence was a great support to my Nan for many decades. Lawrence will be sadly missed. From Sylv Boag’s familu.

    • Laurie had a calming influence on my life yet I didn’t realise it until my adult years.
Just to sit & chat over a beer or two, I would always feel better about what life was really about; to enjoy family time together.
I think the time has arrived for a new meaning to be entered into the dictionary:
Happy life – to understand what makes you happy, to have a loving (wife)partner, to work hard together as partners, to raise great kids (sons), to be proud of such kids, without fanfare, to lovingly invite their partners into your home, love your grandkids & be proud of their achievements no matter how great or small. To live in a home, in an environment that truly satisfies you, & invite family & friends into your home no matter what occasion, & again, without fanfare. Discoveries of such individuals are rare however one has been with us

Rest In Peace Laurie, we will always miss you.

  13. Laurie (Lozza) was a good man in every sense. He was a man of few words but the words he spoke were genuine. He had a wicked sense of humour and loved his family fiercely. Easters spent in the Healy household will always hold a special place in my heart (sorry, I still don’t get Euka). Lozza may not have been a big man, but the hole he has left behind is enormous.

My love to Lyn (Nettie), Michael, Jeff, Dale and their families xx
